Ken Fawcett has been a partner in the firm since 2001. Mr. Fawcett has more than three decades of legal experience representing clients in a wide range of personal injury cases including wrongful death, motor vehicle and motorcycle accidents, dog bites, defective products, trip and fall accidents, excessive force and police chase cases just to name a few. In addition to his civil practice, Mr. Fawcett currently serves as Solicitor for Patterson Township and New Brighton Borough.
After graduating from law school, Mr. Fawcett joined the firm in 1994. Mr. Fawcett has practiced in Beaver, Allegheny, Butler, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties and before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Fawcett earned his Bachelor of Arts in economics and political science summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh and his Juris Doctor cum laude from the University’s School of Law. Attorney Fawcett has been recognized as an AV Preeminent rated attorney by his peers for over a decade, a Super Lawyer and was previously voted Best Personal Injury Attorney in Beaver County by its residents.
Mr. Fawcett is a member and past president of the Beaver County Bar Association where he remains active on many committees including Charitable Giving whose mission is to support charitable causes and organizations in Beaver County. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, where he serves on the board of Governors, and the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers, trial lawyer associations focused on protecting the rights and securing justice for those injured by misconduct or negligence. He has been actively involved in the High School Mock Trial program, serving as both the District and Regional Coordinator. In the winter of 2000, Mr. Fawcett was appointed and served on the Governor’s Judicial Advisory Commission, which assisted in identifying qualified attorneys for consideration by the Governor of Pennsylvania for appointment to the Court of Common Pleas of Beaver County. Mr. Fawcett has been a speaker at numerous seminars on auto law and civil litigation.
Ken Fawcett, born and raised in Enon Valley, Pennsylvania, currently lives in Center Township, Beaver County.
